Personnaly i'm not bothered either way, but i just dont want this problem happening every bloody month. Hope you get the problem sorted, your site is the only site where i get this problem by the way!!??.
The error messages you're getting means that the files are incomplete - as in they didn't finish downloading. You might be having some sort of a hiccup in your internet connection that's stopping the download. I use Adobe InDesign CS3 to make the docs into Acrobat 5.0 compatible files, and I zip them with PowerArchiver using the ZIP compression method and the Rijndael AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 128-bit encryption scheme, which is what WinZIP uses also. I'm not using anything out of the ordinary, in fact it's all quite standard. Not sure what to tell you. We get hundreds of downloads of our docs every month and we get maybe a dozen people saying they've having problems. So really I'm not sure what exactly we have to sort out. If you figure anything out, please be sure to let me know.
